The $99 dispatch fee gets a technician to your door in a fully stocked truck. They'll look over your system, find the problem, and give you clear options to repair it — that's what we always want to do first. If a repair looks substantial, they'll let you know if replacement makes more sense, and either way, you approve the price before anything starts.

Fully stocked, ready to work
Our trucks carry common, non-OEM parts for most repairs on the spot. Some OEM or warranty-specific parts may require a quick trip to the parts house and back.

Commercial & landlord-paid jobs
Commercial dispatch is $199. For commercial calls, or landlord-paid tenant visits where the owner won’t be on site, the fee is collected at booking.

Every repair, install, and braze joint we perform is backed for a full year. If our workmanship fails, we come back and make it right — free. That covers our labor and anything we physically put together — not refrigerant or parts and materials, which carry their own manufacturer warranties. Home-warranty dispatch visits follow your warranty company's own recall period instead.
