Privacy policy

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and how you arrived here. We may also store campaign identifiers from the link you clicked (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs) in your browser so we know which ad or search brought you to us.

Our request forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks limited browser signals to tell people from bots. Turnstile does not show you puzzles in most cases and is not used for advertising.

The address field on our online booking form uses Google Places Autocomplete to suggest addresses as you type. What you type into that field is sent to Google for this purpose, and Google's own privacy policy applies to that data.

When you submit a request form, the information you provide (name, phone, email, service address, and what you need) is sent to our scheduling and customer-management systems — including our n8n-based automation and, for online bookings, Housecall Pro — so we can respond to your request and get service scheduled.

If you call or text the phone number listed on this site, including when we suggest texting us after a form issue, we respond using the number you contacted us from.
